Our Mission:
At the World Smile Initiative™, we believe the world needs more light, hope, and connection. Founded to support Miist’s vision, our mission is simple: to bring smiles back into everyday life.
I created the Kindness Kube to remind us that even small acts – just 15 seconds a day – can change the world around us.
Right now our goal right is to raise $25,000 by August to provide Kindness Kubes™ to thousands of middle school classrooms - creating weekly moments of
reflection, connection and kindness for students and teachers alike.
Each Kube™ has 5 simple reminders: Smile, Say a Kind word, Be Silly, Be Grateful & Remind someone that you love them.
Imagine the ripple effect if every middle school student started their week with a moment of kindness.

The story behind "Could You Lend Me a Smile" Song by Miist
"In 2022, a young man in Tokyo was found passed away in his apartment alone. He had been there for weeks. In Japan, as in other countries, this has become so common that there is a term for this. “Lonely death”.
I never forgot his story. I imagined him walking on the streets with the sounds of thousands of footsteps passing by and wondered if anyone had ever bothered to lend him a smile."
